Bring on 2012!

Well Happy New Year to you all!

2011 proved to be quite a good year for me and I hope 2012 will be even better! Before I begin with the FREEBIE, I would like to wish you and yours a very Happy New Year filled with lots of love, happiness, health, and laughter! 

As mentioned in my last post, I will be doing a Candy Land theme with the kiddos when we get back. I love Valentine's day and find that if I begin a winter themed unit in January, I never have enough time to get into all the Valentine's Fun! Thus, I decided to have a unit that will tie in well with V.D and give me ample time and opportunities to plan friendship, love, and appreciation activities for valentines! I'm cheesy, I know!

As the kiddies will be returning to school on January 10th, we will have a 4 day week and will need to get back into our routines and classroom structure. I didn't want to simply jump into the Candy Land unit right off the bat, so I made a little New Year's package (Freebie) to get us back into school mode! A fun and inspiring way to begin the new year! 

This pack includes writing activities and some fun little art activities that can really brighten up a bulletin board and motivate the kiddies to do their very best in 2012!
